Most people know that weight loss requires a sensible eating plan combined with an effective exercise programme. A dietician can help you set diet goals so that your work outs start really working out for you.
Each new Sports-Wide member receives a half hour complimentary session with a dietician so you start your exercise programme with the right nutritional information. If you’d like a full hour, it’s $30, and further half hour sessions can be booked for $30.
Sessions typically include:
- review of your eating habits and other lifestyle factors
- assessment of your current diet
- some ideas for healthy eating change
Work out in comfortable clothing in a low-key friendly environment
