Hydro classes (Atrium) are fun and friendly. Exercise at your own level with all the benefits of water resistance and support - a safe way to work out to achieve maximum results.
Hydrotherapy (Te Aro) is system of graded exercise in water to assist you to get fit at your own pace. Hydrotherapy, as part of a rehabilitation programme, is an excellent way to gently recover mobility and strength.
