Kia Ora. I have been working at Sports-Wide since 2004 and have been teaching Pilates since 2005. Whether you’re like most people and want to lose weight, tone up and improve fitness or something more comprehensive like enhancing your speed or core strength I can assist you with this.

If it’s motivation you’re lacking or you need some variety in your training I can provide this also through the different activities I am skilled in.

I believe in a balanced lifestyle approach and healthy eating not dieting! Nothing is bad in moderation. My exercise programmes are flexible and individually designed to fit your schedule whilst helping you to achieve your particular goals. I can push you hard or I can be sensitive to your needs, whatever you prefer I can speed up the process of you attaining your goals.
