Swimming is a ‘no impact’ exercise that allows you to improve your fitness at your own pace.

If you enjoy swimming, you can sign up for a swim-only membership at Atrium health and fitness club.

Two class levels so you can swim your way to fitness at a pace that suits you 


Four classes a week with the choice of ½ hour Intermediate or 1 hour Advanced.
