Te Aro’s qualified hydrotherapy instructors personalise a programme for you of graded exercise in water that gives all the benefits of weight bearing exercise on land. The pool is in a private area and is heated to 32.5ºC.

Hydrotherapy is exercise in water. Water resistance cushions joints creating a low impact work out. Because water supports all movement, it is a very safe way to exercise and an effective part of a rehabilitation programme.
The many benefits of hydrotherapy include

Supervised Hydrotherapy includes:
- a consultation with an exercise therapist and nutritionist
- initial and ongoing assessment, programme development and programme instruction
- three supervised hydrotherapy sessions per week
- the option of doing 4 mat Pilates sessions per week You will also benefit from
- a health and fitness club membership
- use of the spa, sauna and squash court.
Independent Hydrotherapy includes:
- consultation with exercise therapist, with initial and ongoing assessment, programme development and programme instruction.
